SYNAPSESimulation

Synapse Simulation — U.S. Gateway for SANLAB Training Systems

Train the workforce
before they touch
the machine.

Synapse Simulation brings SANLAB motion-platform simulators to the North American market — welding, heavy equipment, and driver-in-the-loop systems built on real hardware, not just software.

What Synapse Simulation Is

A U.S. point of contact for SANLAB training systems.

Synapse Simulation is a division of Synapse Global, built to give SANLAB simulation technology a direct, U.S.-managed presence — from first RFP to final install.

01Driver-in-the-Loop

Motion-platform driving simulation.

The SM1800 is a 6DOF motion base with an 1,800 kg payload, force-feedback steering and pedals, and IPG Truckmaker integration via APO — closing the loop between driver input and vehicle response for research, prototyping, and advanced operator training.

Who it's for

Automotive R&D groups, university research labs, and defense-adjacent programs evaluating operator performance under real dynamic load.

02Welding Simulation

VR welding, on real torch hardware.

Sensor-tracked real torches — no simulated grips — feed a live engine that renders penetration, porosity, and spatter as trainees weld, across SMAW, MIG/MAG, TIG, and FCAW processes. No gas, electrodes, or filler material consumed.

Who it's for

Vocational schools, AWS SENSE-aligned programs, and workforce training centers building welder pipelines without burning through rod and plate.

03Heavy Equipment

Forklift operation, under real load.

The SIMPRO3 Forklift Simulator puts operators in a real forklift-style cab on a 3DOF motion base, training pallet positioning, aisle maneuvering, and elevation control in confined warehouse layouts — the tasks that cause real accidents when learned on live equipment.

Who it's for

Logistics operators, community colleges, and warehouse operations that need safe, repeatable practice before an operator touches a live forklift.

The Technology Behind Synapse Simulation

Built by SANLAB. Brought to North America by Synapse.

SANLAB is a Turkish simulation and motion-platform manufacturer with 10+ years building full-stack training systems — hardware, software, and scenario content — for vocational and industrial programs worldwide. The links below go straight to SANLAB's official site.

Why the U.S. Market

Built for how institutional buyers actually procure.

01

Curriculum Fit

Hands-on, competency-based training that aligns with CTE program structures and skill-verification requirements.

02

Perkins V Eligibility

Simulation equipment purchases commonly qualify under Perkins V funding for career and technical education programs.

03

Safety Mandates

Repeatable, gradeable practice on real controls before students or operators touch live equipment.

Process

01

Assess your program

We review your curriculum, funding path, and space to identify which SANLAB systems fit.

02

Configure the system

Torch, motion platform, or DIL rig configured and quoted against your RFP or purchase process.

03

Install, train, support

On-site installation, instructor training, and an ongoing point of contact after go-live.
