Bilal Naveed

Muhammad Bilal Naveed was born in Pakistan and moved to the United States for college, graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Applied Engineering and a concentration in Supply Chain Management. That combination — engineering discipline paired with an eye for how goods, talent, and operations move efficiently across borders — shapes how he builds companies today.

He founded Synapse Global, a U.S.-managed offshore staffing company connecting American businesses with talent hubs in Karachi and Istanbul, built on the same cross-border fluency he grew up with. He's also the founder of Groove Social, a nightlife discovery app launched in the East Lansing market, and is now bringing SANLAB's simulation and motion-platform training technology to the North American market through Synapse Simulation.

Based in the metro Detroit area, Bilal is hands-on across every venture — from product and engineering to sales and operations.
