CUSTOMERS GAVE US
“I can’t stop eating this. It’s like crack.”
We opened our doors in Lansing back in 2003 with one job: fry the best chicken this city had ever tasted. People came in, took one bite, and came right back the next day. And the day after that.
They couldn’t shake it — the seasoning, the crunch, that sauce. So they gave it a name themselves. We just answered to it. Two decades later, we’re still family-owned, still Lansing born and raised, still frying it the way that started all of this.
